Before embracing the legal profession, Benjamin traveled to the UK at a young age to obtain his pre-university qualification at Concord College, Shrewsbury and subsequently pursued a law degree at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. Having achieved First Class Honours for his degree in law, he furthered his studies by obtaining a Master of Laws in international financial law at King's College London where he was awarded the Dickson Poon School of Law Prize for the highest dissertation mark on the LLM before being admitted as a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He then read in the chambers of Messrs Shook Lin & Bok and ever since then his practice has covered the areas of Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial, Financial and Information Technology and Real Estate & Conveyancing.

Today, Benjamin's primary area of practice revolves heavily around real estate, conveyancing and banking & finance. He regularly advises clients on sale and purchase agreements and is experienced in a mixture of intricate transactions involving industrial lands, agricultural lands, mixed development sand sub-sale properties. He has also advised on probate-related and contentious conveyancing transactions.

Further, Benjamin also advises on the laws and rules involved in the forming, owning, operating and managing of corporations. He has also been heavily involved in commercial matters where he has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including the drafting of contracts such as shareholder agreements, share sale agreements, joint venture agreements, distributorship agreements, tripartite agreements, marketing agreements and IT related agreements.

Benjamin has a keen interest in nutrition and exercise science.
