We are regularly engaged by clients to represent them in international and domestic arbitrations – including with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). We also appear at all levels of Malaysian Courts to seek relief under the Arbitration Act 2005 including for applications to stay proceedings, orders for interim measures, appeals against rulings of arbitral tribunals on jurisdiction, applications for setting aside arbitral awards, registration and enforcement of arbitral awards.
